Phew, okay now that that's done! This is Rheah from Can Of Flames [link] ; who, as I described in her profile, is a drug addict. The meaning behind this picture is that she's too obsessed with the drugs and being lost in another world that she can't see the beauty of this one. It's supposed to be very melancholy.
